CVFI Board of Directors

The CVFI is run by elected volunteers. We are grateful for the time and service of all past, present and future Board members; without these people, the CVFI would cease to exist!

As per our Constitution, there are up to 7 Board positions in total and there can be as few as 5. Terms run for two years with 3 Directors elected in odd years and 4 Directors in even years. Terms are limited to 3 consecutive terms per position (up to 6 years). Elections take place at our Annual General Meeting in March. The Board holds monthly meetings. *Our next election will be held in March 2026.
